Our goal is to identify and partner with entrepreneurs who are committed to building world-class businesses. We define ourselves as "Value Venture Capitalists". Our preference is to invest in companies where proof of concept has been established and where the technology is proven and proprietary, thus our investment usually provides the company with needed capital to transition to operations. Our initial investment may range from $1-5 million, and we like to participate in each subsequent round of investment. We frequently obtain board seats and work closely with management to maximize each opportunity.
